Becky Miller, RN

Quite often it seems that people you encounter in management positions have become hardened, grumpy and very difficult to deal with. Recently, during my father’s stay at Mercy, Becky Miller proved my opinion wrong.

An issue arose regarding my dad’s transportation to a Rehab facility. Instead of entering our room with a scowl on her face, Becky wore a big smile and was an absolute joy to deal with. She went above and beyond to find a workable solution to our situation, which she did! Mercy Hospital is very fortunate to have Becky Miller on staff.
