Becky is a change agent. She brought the Patient Safety program to our health system and has forged ahead despite many obstacles. She has changed our culture from one of being afraid to speak up on patients' behalf and safety processes to one of celebrating when people do. The transformation in a short period of time helps people feel valued and empowered, and creates a safer place for our patients.
