Becky is the Critical Care Director, which includes the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Progressive Telemetry Unit, Palliative Care, Clinical Decision Unit, Urgent Care Clinic, and Dialysis.

Becky writes personal notes of encouragement or thankfulness to staff and mails them to their homes. It's one of the little steps she takes that makes a big difference.
One word that most describes Becky is integrity. I've depended on her input and opinion many times. She is an excellent leader and does it all with grace, humility and from the heart. She is very deserving of this award.
