She was just great in all aspects. She was patient while other staff did their job. She could see when I was uncomfortable and addressed the issue immediately. She was friendly and efficient. She was knowledgeable about my health conditions and quite insightful. She was very friendly and showed genuine concerns as well on her follow-up call. I was very grateful to have such a great nurse. I definitely give her 5 stars! Thank you Valor and all additional staff for the great care I received!
