Beena was nominated by a recent patient who was to have surgery the following day. This patient also recognized S, the PCT who worked with Beena to help allay her fears and anxiety. The patient went on to say "both Beena and S were super helpful and kind. They were sweet and helped me through everything I would need to know for this surgery I am having. It's my first surgery and I was a bit scared - still am. With their help I was able to sleep through the night unpanicked. They were both amazing and I am glad they work here to help others. People like them surely help a lot and I am grateful they were assigned to me for the night. They make a great team and I hope to have them again if I ever come back to the hospital again."
