Beena Varghese consistently goes above and beyond for orientees—investing time, effort, and care to ensure they are supported every step of the way. Orientation schedules are sent on time, follow-ups happen regularly, evaluations are attended, and orientation is extended whenever someone needs more time. She provides frequent check-ins to ensure orientees feel confident, guided, and encouraged.

Her support extends beyond new hires. Capstone students benefit from regular check-ins, progress monitoring, and help whenever needed. Beena's presence makes a meaningful impact on their clinical experience.

She is a strong advocate for career development; this educator constantly encourages staff nurses to pursue advanced roles and new opportunities—whether applying for a new position or furthering education—always with motivation and guidance.

She actively participates in unit huddles and meetings, bringing important updates, policy changes, and educational resources to the team. She hosts skills validation sessions, and one-on-one time for specific clinical practice needs is arranged as needed.

She provides consistent and helpful reminders regarding PENCAP deadlines to ensure no one feels stuck or left behind. She is timely in-services, keeps the team updated on new procedures, and administrative support—such as signatures and documentation—is always readily available.

This commitment to education, excellence, and team support truly makes Beena stand out. She is a mentor, a leader, and a constant source of encouragement for everyone she works with.

Thank you, Beena, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
