Orientation schedules are sent on time, follow-ups happen regularly, evaluations are attended, and orientation is extended whenever someone needs more time. She provides frequent check-ins to ensure orientees feel confident, guided, and encouraged.
Her support extends beyond new hires. Capstone students benefit from regular check-ins, progress monitoring, and help whenever needed. Beena's presence makes a meaningful impact on their clinical experience.
She is a strong advocate for career development; this educator constantly encourages staff nurses to pursue advanced roles and new opportunities—whether applying for a new position or furthering education—always with motivation and guidance.
