You never know what you mean to someone when they are at their lowest. I came in suffering and each person, each one had a hand in me getting better. To say I wanted to be here is a lot, especially with how difficult this week has been with challenges of other patients. But I have seen your team in action, and never once was not given my care when I was in need.

Dewanda RN - Extremely calm, comforting, and a great patient advocate. Definitely someone on nights. I felt comfortable when she was working, which means a lot.

Julissa - environmental - Julissa is not "just" someone who does cleaning, she is a sweet, amazing person. She would talk to me every time she came to clean. Always helped with my anxiety.

Toney Tech - TO-NEY (haha) was a great energy to be around. He made me laugh/smile every time he was working. Very helpful. 

Kesha Tech - Always a staff member you could bring a question /concern to and she would find a way to help. One of the best

Dixie Clinical Supervisor - Dixie checked in on me every day she was here. She medicated me when my nurse was busy. She goes above and beyond for the patients.

Katie RN - Katie showed me kindness, always caring, and helpful. I always felt more secure when Katie was working, just knowing I could always ask her for help. 

Amy RN - Amy gave me earplugs and did everything she could to help with the pain and anxiety. Always a great nurse.

Tamara RN - Thank you for always being kind, patient, and helpful.

Julianna Tech - Thank you for being kind, sympathetic, and caring. You made my stay a little less stressful.

Cris Recreational Therapy - Thank you for being so great at your job and going above and beyond. Cris taped my windows up to help shield out the bright sun on my eyes. He is always checking in and leads great groups (foot soak, stretching, relaxation).

Steven Tech - Steven is very easy to talk to. He is fair to all patients. Thank you for being so kind to me. I always felt safe when he was on shift. 

Prince Tech - He made me laugh during some of my worst nights. Always positive and kept the mood light.

Erich Tech - Erich made me feel comfortable and was always relaxed. He allowed the environment to be fun, but also appropriate and respectful.

Victoria RN - Victoria always listened to my concerns and did everything she could to help. She is very kind, empathetic and caring.

Dana Peer Support - Amazing!! I have never known about peer support, but Dana is very easy to talk to. Her groups are inspiring and also fun.

Robin RN - Robin has been consistently kind and caring. Even on my worst days, she was patient and understanding.

Bonnie Nurse Manager - Bonnie checked on me and listened when I had concerns. She is an excellent manager - all my needs and concerns were addressed.

Adonte Tech - Adonte made me feel safe. He is always available to be a good listener. He interacts with all patients and tries to help as much as possible.

Rosemary Tech - Always kind and caring. Rosemary was helpful and also made me smile and/or laugh.

Cinthia Tech - Cinthia was very kind at intake and was always a smiling face that made me feel comfortable. 

Faith RN - For consistently being caring and helpful. Always kind and willing to do whatever is needed to help patients.

Cindy RN - Compassionate about her job. She is always a great listener and helped me to try to work on my coping mechanisms.

Sherrika Tech - She involved herself with patients and activities. She is great at quieting a loud group and or patients individually.

Victoria Tech - Victoria is always helpful. She is very caring, a great listener, and kind. I appreciate her being so nice. She made the day better, just showing up. Thank you Victoria.

Latoya RN - Thank you for being so kind to me. You made me feel less scared during intake. That really helped me and my anxiety. I look forward to seeing her on shift. She always checks on me, which makes me feel even more comfortable. Definitely someone who deserves a lot of recognition.
