Bekah is always there to help. She just appears in the room and says, "Can I help?" She definitely "Knows the way, Shows the way". She can always be counted on! She is good with her patients, attentive, kind and fun to work with. Bekah is always willing to assist with anything.

I honestly can't pick a situation in which Bekah meets the standards for the DAISY Award because she is consistently excellent. She meets Bryan's core values of
'One Team, One Purpose'. She is the biggest team player. Always doing something for someone else to help the unit. She constantly preps charts, fills epidural carts, checks equipment, etc. without being asked.

Spread a Smile, Go the Extra Mile - Always smiling and Bekah is just so cute and funny!
Care Like Crazy - I would want her to take care of me or any family member of mine. Watch and listen to her with her patients, she doesn't skip a beat. Educating them every step of the way on everything she is doing. She doesn't just start an IV, she explains why they must have one. She is smart, compassionate and kind and it shows in everything she does.
Motivate, Appreciate - How can you not be motivated to do better at your job or teach your patients more when you work with her? She is a star in my eyes.

Bekah is always willing to help. Even if she is busy with her own patients, she always asks if I need anything. She takes care of her patients like they were her family. She keeps patients at ease during anxious times and is always there for her patients, physically and emotionally.
