Bela Hafermann, RN

Bela provided outstanding care during the end-of-life process. While his patient was unresponsive during care, Bela learned who her favorite singers were, and he sang to her as he cared for her. He provided support to her family, offering them additional assistance and education around the end-of-life process. The family felt comforted by his presence, stating the level of care he provided was extraordinary. The family appreciated how Bela treated their loved one with dignity and respect every time he entered her room.
