I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Bela for a little over 2 years now. Bela has the biggest heart and always goes above and beyond for her patients, as well as her nurses. Bela has picked up so many extra shifts to help out our Telemetry Unit since the beginning of the pandemic. She even became ill with COVID, yet she came back to work even stronger. I have learned so much from Bela. She always puts time aside during the shift to sharpen our nursing skills. When she is not busy completing Charge Nurse paperwork, she is inserting IVs, answering call lights, and simply grabbing a sandwich for a patient. She is the definition of a superwoman/super nurse. I admire Bela very much and I hope one day to be half the nurse that she is. Bela is a DAISY Nurse a million times over.
