We had the absolute privilege of meeting Nurse Belinda during the intake for my 85-year-old mother's pacemaker procedure today, her first-ever procedure under general anesthesia. My mother had been slightly nervous up until the moment we met Belinda, whose bedside manner is extraordinary. She absolutely radiates positivity.

Throughout the entire intake process, Belinda set my mother at ease with her genuine smiles, attention to the small details to make her as comfortable as possible, and as she explained everything to my mother in excellent Spanish (even though my mother is completely bilingual) before any pre-op procedures were conducted. When Belinda called my mother Mama, I realized that yes, the level of care she is providing is exactly what any family member would want for their loved ones, especially if they are very young or elderly.

Belinda treated my aging mother with the respect, dignity, and, yes, reverence, as I suspect she grants members of her very own family, and we just met! The deep, caring, exceptionally high-quality, culturally proficient care that Belinda provides is something you see in movies (we await her Netflix special!). She is a wonder to behold and a precious blessing in a stressful moment. We thank God and the stars above for placing Nurse Belinda Pingol exactly where and when we needed her. She is a credit to the nursing profession.
