When we were scared, worried, and didn't know what was going to happen to our son, Belinda was there when they moved my son from the ER to the ICU. She was there for my son and she was there for us (the family). She was supposed to be off duty by 7 or 7:30 pm, but she stayed until 12:00 AM to make sure that my son got the care he needed. She made sure all the medications were working correctly and he was comfortable before she left. It is so amazing to see the care and dedication she had towards my son. She treated him as a human being. It was a very fearful and tough night for us, but her smile and the level of comfort she provided to all of us made it easier. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.
