I felt like I needed to reach out and let you know how impressed I was with the care E received when she came through the ED. She had a male nurse, Belit Tolluoglu, that I cannot compliment enough. He was always prompt, kept me updated on the plan, was amazing with a teen diabetic! We've had a couple visits with complications related to diabetes and he is by far one of the best nurses we have encountered. I appreciate that he treated E with kindness and understanding instead of assuming she had done something to cause high blood sugar. Thank you for the wonderful care. My experiences with your department have always been positive! I hope it speaks to your team that a nurse and Mom with sick kiddos think they are amazing!
