We met Bella last year when she was caring for my aunt. She is now caring for our mother. She has gone above and beyond to make sure not only my mother is comfortable in the ICU, but also all of us. And there are a lot of us. She’s helped keep my mother calm, comfortable, and relaxed even when we couldn’t. She immediately puts a smile on all of our faces just by caring for her. One of the worst nights of my life being here, she went above and beyond and out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. It helped me tremendously and got me through the night. She has shown sympathy and compassion for my mother during her difficult time at the hospital. Made her feel relaxed and has helped in any way she could. She walked with my mom as they wheeled her down to have a procedure. She was so scared, and Bella kept her calm when her family wasn’t able to be with her.

I am undergoing lung surgery for lung cancer.
