Belvis A Graham, RN

Mrs. Belvis Graham is the "poster child" of Great Nursing. She is hard-working, patient, caring, and nice. She puts others before herself and always with a smile. She treats everyone fairly and with equal standards of respect no matter what she may have heard; everyone gets the benefit of the doubt. She jumps in when needed on the unit and often stays a little extra so she can finish her primary work. She has even completed other RNs' work when they were out sick or had emergencies, all without skipping a beat. Her 40-plus years of dedication to the profession is greatly admired, and she is a great example to someone who aims to be GREAT! If Mrs. Graham had to be described in one word, it would be EXEMPLARY; she serves as a desirable model and represents the best of its kind.
