...When I checked in, I was miserable, kind of out of it, and worried. Ben took the time to explain every procedure, drug, and test to me. He also answered my coutnless questions in a detailed and patient manner. The first night there were different things happening to me almost non-stop. Ben was apologetic, but at the time made sure I knew the importance of each. He has great bedside mannner. Thanks to Ben, my stay started off on a positive note.
