Ben went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable before she passed away. He was so attentive to her and our family during this difficult time. He walked my aunt downstairs and waited for her to get into her car, and brought drinks and warm blankets to make my overnight stay as comfortable as possible. His compassion and gentle nature were so helpful and I appreciated him so much.
