I received phenomenal care during my visit to the Emergency Room at HSHS St. Joseph's in Chippewa Falls. I came into the ER very anxious and uncertain, but upon discharge I was at ease knowing the care I received was top notch!
Ben went above and beyond taking care of myself and my wife. Ben helped to distract me from the pain by talking about golf - a sport I love! His humor was appreciated, and it kept me in good spirits. He was so personable, and I have never met a nurse who put so much effort into their job. His follow through on requests for comfort items (warm blanket, water, etc.) was quick and he spoke to me with such respect, making sure I understood the care plan. I am thankful Ben was my care provider. Please extend my most sincere thanks to Ben.
