The quality of care Ben provided to my grandmother, who does not speak English, blew me away. He went above and beyond to find out what her needs were and made sure they were met. All of the small gestures of concern Ben demonstrated really added up and put my heart at ease, knowing she was being well taken care of. What great customer service! I can tell he really cares about the service he provides. Way to go, Ben!
