When I first met my nurse, I could tell that he really wanted to know me. Benedict asked a lot of questions. The right questions that would lead him to the right course of treatment that he would perform for me. Which made me also know what to expect from him. These two things will make a patient feel comfortable, and at ease knowing that I was in good hands. Ben proved to me that he was very knowledgeable of his job; even when he was out of my room and how he saw the other patients. Ben constantly checked on me and asked if I was all right and if I needed anything. He certainly goes above and beyond to see that I was treated medically well and with respect and cared for. His introduction of my care to his relief was exceptional.
