Ben has been outstanding! Extremely attentive. He touches upon all of MaineGeneral’s values and standards. He is a straight shooter and an excellent communicator. My father has been in Ben’s care, and says, “Ben is the most compassionate nurse he has ever met. He’s not just here for a job.” I can’t say enough good things about Ben. He has made dealing with a tragic situation bearable. He’s not just here for the patient, he’s here for the family. I hope that MaineGeneral values Ben as much as we have.
