Ben always has a smile on his face and willing to help. I am a cath lab nurse and on call outs, we are the only RN. One night our cath lab team had a patient going bad. I called Ben, who was nursing supervisor, and he came right away. He stayed with me for over an hour and helped hang drips and stabilize the patient. He received many phone calls as nurse supervisor and delegated those calls to others so he could help me with our unstable patient. The patient survived and I was grateful to have his support and ICU knowledge. When he calls us out, he always makes sure there is a bed for the patient after procedure and calls or comes by cath lab to see if we need help. He is a great nurse and friend. Thank you, Ben!
