Ben was absolutely phenomenal! Being in the hospital, unsure of what is wrong with you is scary, but Ben took the time to explain very thoughtfully, each and everything he did, to both me and my family. His attention to detail and positive attitude removed any fears and doubts. Ben was quick to my side with any beep, buzzer or request from myself and family. I cannot put into words the gratitude our family feels for the care I received. Ben deserves recognition for his caring, compassionate, heartfelt demeanor alone, but his talent for nursing and confident knowledge surpasses any expectations we had!
