Benjamin Langdale, RN

My mother was hospitalized unexpectedly. She had heart failure and needed a quadruple bypass. The family was so worried, and everything was so new to us, but when we met Nurse Langdale, we felt at ease. We saw how wonderfully he treated my 83-year-old, sometimes ornery, mother. He was very attentive to her and the family's needs. He listened to her and explained everything to us. He would come in and check on us, whether he was her nurse or not. Would visit her and bring her towels or anything she needed with a smile. Ben was very empathetic and knowledgeable. He never made us feel like my mom or that we were a bother when we asked for things. Made us feel very comfortable. He was a bright light in the darkness to my mother and to us. We just really wanted to give him the recognition he deserves!
