Ben has been mentioned multiple times during leader rounding as being a great and excellent RN. He has been recognized as working well with her peers, jumping into action for anyone who needs help. He is calm cool and collected especially in the role of resourcenurse.
A patient writes that Ben made her feel very comfortable and safe when she needed extra care. He made phone calls to put her mind at ease. He went above and beyond and was very thorough.
A Director shared that Ben and another RN went down to the ICU to get a transfer one night which is not routinely done. The ICU was very busy and the staff was so appreciative of their efforts.
