Ben is an amazing person and nurse. I recently had a very painful operation on my pelvis to remove hardware that had become infected. Not only was the pain intense but I was also very emotional as I struggled with the complexity of my case. I was literally having a mental breakdown due to my inability to cope with several issues, one of which is my own health concerns. He was patient, empathetic and genuinely interested. He calmed me down in a matter of seconds while showing empathy and understanding.
Through it all he never wavered, never acted less than professional and always had a positive spin on everything. He treated me with respect and dignity. He should be recognized for his outstanding resolve and dedication to patient care. This man made a difference in my life!
