Ben was tremendously helpful with a patient who was having a panic attack and hyperventilating following a nebulizer treatment. It was our last patient of the night, and a very high-stress situation as the patient's muscles were spasming and she was pre-syncopal from hyperventilation. Ben kept cool and was fantastic in helping soothe the patient to calm down her RR. He provided great patient care and gave the patient as much time as she needed to get better, even though that meant we had to stay late!
