Benjamin Stutler, Registered Nurse

I can’t thank Ben enough for always putting his patients first. Ben is willing to go the extra mile when it comes to patient care, even if that means staying over his shift for hours when his unit is short staffed to make sure his and/or other’s patients get the care they need. I have never heard Ben complain when it comes to caring for his patients. Ben shows compassion with each patient he encounters as well as patience. The other day Ben was supposed to leave and there was a critical patient that required one-to-one RN care. Ben stayed over, jumped in without hesitation to help care for this critical patient, as well as helping others care and catch up with their patients. He never hesitated to stay! He is one incredible nurse.
