I want to recognize Benji Milanowski for his compassionate care of our patients. He makes sure patients are seen in a timely manner with his excellent clinical nursing skills of having patients prepared to see a provider. We saw his commitment when he returned to the floor. Benji's interpersonal skills include: having his Navajo Dictionary at reach, taking 2 seconds to a Code Blue-even across campus, and doing glucose checks and GPRAs himself to get to know the patient.
