After a terrible night in an overflow room, Benny came in as my mom’s day shift nurse and made the whole negative experience turn into a positive one!

He went out of his way to take care of my mom in a professional and pleasant way. He asked questions and found solutions in a timely manner.

He was extremely busy and yet checked on us many times. He could see that mom’s current IV was painful and asked why. He proceeded to say it was because it was placed on the top of her hand where she had skin cancer removed, and the scar tissue made it hurt. He immediately took it out and said let’s call someone to get a new IV and fix this situation. He assured us that who he called was one of the best!

After the paramedic placed the IV, Mom needed to be transferred to a new room. Once he dropped us off, Benny appeared in our new room, way out of his area. He said I just wanted to tell you goodbye as we now had a hospital nurse to take over her care. That meant so much to have him care enough to double-check on us. He even went above and beyond and fixed her IV one more time. He made us feel good again about choosing to come to Chippenham! You have great, caring people- please take care of them as they cared for us! We are thankful for their kindness and effectiveness!
