Beraca Charles, BSN RN

Beraca Charles was my nurse and took care of me. She always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. For what I was going through at the time, she was a pleasure. She frequently checked in to see if I was ok or needed anything. Her reassurances made me feel well taken care of. I loved her energy, compassion and communication with me. She was a real blessing. Anything we asked for she made sure we received it and if not, she made sure that she found a way to get it done. Very polite and compassionate, she took the time to have conversations, very informative and attentive. Overall, Beraca is a great nurse and does her job very well. I wish her all the best in the future!
