This nurse is the best nurse I have, hands down. She is extremely patient and does not get upset even if she's called excessively by the same patient, meaning me. She is soft-spoken, she is very professional, she knows her job up one side and down the other. She does not hesitate when you ring that bell; you know she will be here within 10 seconds, which should be a record! But in all honesty, the lady is great. Nobody could tell me otherwise, and I don't know if this is going to get her the simple pat on the back or maybe a gift card or a plaque or something to remind her that this old red-headed lady has the utmost respect for her and I just feel like she needs to be rewarded in some way and in the biggest way please take this DAISY Award and give it to my angel on Earth which is Berna! She has met her calling. I have come to love you as a sister in Christ and that comes from my heart, I love you Miss Berna!! May God bless you and keep you in his arms and by his side forever!!!
