The patient was agitated and discouraged about her health. Bernadette sat with her and talked to her about what was going on. She helped calm the patient down. She also made sure that the patient's meds were resumed accurately. Bernadette is a team player. Whenever she works, the day goes by smoother, since she jumps in and helps everyone. She is very good at anticipating patient needs and staying on top of their care.
