Nurse Medina was my assigned nurse before and after my surgery today. I've done surgeries before in a different hospital and no nurse showed this care and help for both me and my family that was with me. She forwards any notes I have about my pain to the doctor and when she came in and found me and my family worried, she made jokes and communicated as no other nurse did. She's amazing and a true DAISY Nurse.
