When I was in the hospital, Bernadette was incredible. Bernadette was very focused on me and my needs, making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Even took the time out of her busy schedule to walk me around the hall a couple times. Bernadette was very polite to my mom and dad, offering them beverages, snacks, etc., and answering all their questions. Never rushed us to move on to the next patient and if she didn't have an answer right away, then came back with one later. Bernadette made a terrible situation (I was recovering from a car accident) bearable with her bright personality and sense of humor. Bernadette was definitely my DAISY (my favorite flower) during my stay at OSF St. Joseph. Thank you will never be enough.
