All I can say about Bernadine is that she is amazing. She always has a warm smile and a listening ear. It seems that every time I'm hospitalized she appears at just the right time. If I'm sad or confused or discouraged. Her warm smile and her lending an ear are what everyone needs to make their day.
I've seen her on several visits to the hospital and she always makes my day. Most importantly she remembers me, she remembers the things that we talk about and to me (that's real big!!!!)
