Benny Moselina is the epitome of a team leader. A leader not just with authority but with performance. She does her job like any other nurse. She works hard for the good of patients, fellow nurses, and the unit. You always see her busy on the unit either doing her own patient care or helping other nurses. You can always count on her for a lending hand. You can feel her sincere offer for help because she tries her best to listen to the problem and figure out a solution with the nurse. Benny is a leader with good character. She is extremely caring and respects our individuality. She is very patient and kind to everyone around her. Benny is the type of person who does not react right away but responds to a particular situation positively. She is concerned about her character more than her reputation for she knows very well that a good character builds a good reputation. Benny is a leader with a big heart and understands that our feeling important to recognize. She can see when we are overwhelmed and she always jumps in to help even if she is very busy herself. You can easily approach her and won't hesitate to ask her if you are in doubt or you need help because she will not only listen with her ears but she also listens with her heart.

I had a patient that had an ileus and began throwing up green bile (projectile) and vomit was everywhere! Benny stayed with me and helped me completely clean her and change her linen. The doctor ordered an x-ray and Bennie even came to x-ray with me to make sure the patient was ok. I love her for all the help she provided and never left my side. She does things like this all the time.
