Bernard is always available to support staff and respond to any queries. He always goes the extra mile! He has worked in the service for several years and continues to work tirelessly to ensure that patients receive high-quality care. He is always calm and approachable and demonstrates outstanding leadership skills. He is committed to Neighbourhood working and testing new ways of working to improve the clinical outcomes and experiences of staff, patients, families, and carers. He is such an asset to the service, and we would be lost without him!
