Bernardo Dizon, RN

My mom was admitted to ICU. She was irrational, belligerent, and confused (brain tumor). After wrestling with her extensively, Bernardo provided exemplary care and compassion. He read her and the family's needs so accurately. He also engaged her despite her confusion, embracing her and laughing with us all at her adorable personality. I was so relieved to see this nurse each time. He made all the difference in a painful situation.
