Bernardo has always taken the initiative to make sure that every patient in their perspective unit is being cared for appropriately during their perspective shift. I see them every shift run up and down these hallways with every patient who requires a CT or MRI on both units. Bernardo goes above and beyond for the patients and the staff. Patient care, patient safety, and staff safety are important to him, and while watching him do his job, it is evident. Bernardo NEVER complains about helping a patient or a peer.
