God puts angels your way and this nurse was my angel! For Bernie being a nurse is more than a job, it's a passion. His empathy makes him the special human being that he is. He can understand your suffering and he is going to try to do everything that he has in his power to make you feel better. He is really organized and compassionate, he makes you feel safe by being the voice to your doctors and other staff when you can't talk or do much for yourself. In his hands, I felt so safe. I knew that when he was my nurse, I could trust that every medicine and procedure was going to be double checked. I admire the love and selflessness he offers to his patients. His empathy for your pain and situation is out of this world. I have never met a nurse so kind and willing to help respectfully and lovingly. I'm never going to forget him and I pray to God that he keeps covering Bernie with his grace and love. Love you, Bernie, thank you for making this painful experience so nice to me.
