I am so pleased to let you know how my nurse Bertha made the hospital stay so much more pleasant than I have ever experienced in my entire life. Bertha is the most giving and kind I have ever dealt with before. Bertha was truly like having my own special angel sent to me by God! Bertha made sure I was comfortable at all times; Bertha stayed on top of my medications at all times. Bertha lifted me up when I was feeling down and depressed! Bertha is not only a great and caring nurse, but she really cares about the patients' feelings at all times.
