Bertilla Smith, RN

Bertilla is more than just a nurse. She not only provided me with excellent care, but the care was such as if she was one’s own mother. She not only held my hand while I was in pain, but she stroked my face and assured me that my pain would end. She waited with me until my medication kicked in and I was made comfortable. She made me feel as if I was one of her own children. Bertilla was not only a nurse during my stay, but she was everything a nurse should be. She was compassionate, caring, loving, and above all, a human who understands what it means to be a nurse. She went above and beyond her call of duty.
