It was very difficult to pick one from the team of nurses that worked with me. However, I quite enjoyed the first nurse I met and I think that that’s really important and sets the tone for the entire experience. It’s a rare thing to meet people who exude a kindred spirit-ship naturally. Bertrand was a good human and beyond genuine. He was a good “vibe” prep if that makes sense. He was very sure to explain things make eye contact, complimented my tattoo, and intuited I needed the lights off. Thank you! I was starting to get squirrelly and was trying not to be a jerk. Others can attest that I didn’t quite accomplish that but met my spinning head with the right balance of empathy and sticking to the program. I felt like I was in good hands.
