Beth gives every single patient that she interacts with such a positive attitude with a smile on her face, no matter if she is having a good day or an awful one. She always uplifts patients’ spirits, such as, “Hey patient, can I get a woot woot?” and the patients smile right back at her and do just that! She is very patient and always takes her time with any task for any patient. She is one of the nicest nurses this hospital has. She treats every patient like they’re her own family member. She treats every colleague with respect. She treats patients' family members with lots of kindness. She is very thorough in explaining details of care, such as calling a patient’s family member 3-4 times in just one 12-hour shift because the son wanted any and all updates on his mother’s care. In any kind of situation, she always comes up with critical thinking and ideas of how to solve problems or help with coming up with ways to make her colleagues' lives easier.
