Recently a friend of my family's, who always went to another facility, required urgent catheterization. The cardiologist recommended he come here. My friend was terrified, not only because of the urgency of his medical condition, but also because of the unfamiliarity of the facility.
My friend's condition was found to be of an urgent nature but luckily was caught in time. My friend was so impressed with St. Joe's, but most impressed with Beth, who through her caring nature relieved a large part of his anxiety. This friend will no longer be going to any other facility but St. Joe's. He has truly become a convert and a large part of that was due to Beth and her compassion.
