It seems almost selfish to point out the good works and wonderful treatment I have received here in the BCU. Beth, charge nurse, a rock of strength in a sea of calm. She never fails to bring peace, and yet you can sense the emotions rolling under the surface. She cares and shows it in her own quiet way. I learned recently her father died when she was eight, and how that trauma was channeled into a life of service to others. She is a beautiful person.
