Beth Duenow, LPN

Beth has gone out of her way a few times to help with my healthcare needs. I believe she is like a desk Nurse or something. When my main nurse is busy she always steps in. She has not just passed on a message but will help with my needs. Every year for like 50 some years I get sick in my lungs. If I get antibiotics it will take care of it. The sooner the better. I called and it was the doctor's and his nurse's day off. I explained and asked to leave a message for one of them to call me. Well to my surprise about 45 minutes later Beth called me back and told me that she had talked with the doctor and got my needs taken care of. Day off and not sure how or what but Beth went above and beyond just answering the phone and taking a message. I have talked to Beth over the years a few times and nothing but friendly professional service. She and another nurse make calling Lake Region Healthcare a very personal and pleasant experience.
