Beth exemplifies what it means to be a leader for a very busy unit that has mulitple flexible needs. On more than one occasion she has worked as a charge nurse under extreme conditions! Including taking 10-14 ER admits with minimal staffing and leads the team to do more than what they think they are capable of. For instance, on a busy Monday night, Beth pushed the Med/Surg unit to take 14 admissions! As the supervisor that evening stated, "They pushed the GOLD standard" with Beth as their leader.
