I have had several procedures and Beth always has a smile and words of encouragement when I am nervous. This morning, we were unable to do my procedure and she made sure I could come back today, get back in and get my procedure done quickly.

Beth seems to bring light and joy to the whole unit. I don't think it would be the same without her.
